Terms of Service

• Service Quotes: Any rate quotes provided via our application or customer portal are estimations based on the dimensions, weight, declared value, and origin/destination provided by the Client. Final charges may vary based on actual re-weighing and re-measuring.
• Service Availability: We reserve the right to refuse service, reject packages, or cancel bookings for any reason, including incomplete package declarations, safety risks, or regulatory compliance failures.
  
  

1. Accurate Information: You will provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information regarding shipping origins, delivery addresses, recipient contact details, cargo weight, and package contents.
2. Proper Packaging: All cargo must be packaged, labeled, and sealed safely to endure standard handling, transport, and warehousing conditions.
3. Legal Ownership: You are either the owner of the goods or authorized by the owner to manage their logistics.
   
   

• Hazardous, toxic, flammable, explosive, or radioactive materials.
• Illegal drugs, narcotics, or unauthorized controlled substances.
• Firearms, weapons, ammunition, or military components.
• Counterfeit goods, stolen property, or illegal contraband.
• Perishable goods (unless explicitly agreed upon under a specialized cold-chain contract).
• High-value items such as cash, bullions, precious metals, or uncertified gems without prior written declaration and customized insurance coverage.
  
  

• Pricing & Fees: Charges for our Services are calculated based on applicable transport fees, weight/volumetric weight, distance, fuel surcharges, custom duties, and optional value-added services (e.g., Cash-on-Delivery, white-glove delivery).
• Cash-on-Delivery (COD): If you utilize our COD collection features, funds collected on your behalf will be remitted according to the scheduled payout agreement, net of applicable handling fees.
  
  

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, income, or business reputation).
• Delays or non-performance resulting from Force Majeure events (including extreme weather, acts of war, civil unrest, labor strikes, customs clearances, or government action).
• Damage resulting from improper or inadequate packaging by the sender.
• Loss or damage to goods containing prohibited items.
  
  

• Damage Claims: Within 7 days of delivery.
• Loss/Non-Delivery Claims: Within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
  
  

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials for our website or mobile application.
• Intellectual Property: All software, mobile applications, APIs, UI designs, trademarks, and algorithms operating behind our logistics platform are the exclusive property of  Actus.
• System Availability: While we aim for maximum uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to real-time tracking portals, APIs, or software systems.
